Please be sure to contact us before returning goods to us so that unnecessary cost can be avoided in advance.
Please proceed as follows:
Shortly afterwards you will receive an email enclosing an RMA number (1) and an invitation to submit the return form.
Print out the form.
Please send the package to the following address:

(1) The RMA number(Return Material Authorisation number)
is used to identify your return, process it quickly, and track it.
(2) Proof of decontamination
In the interests of protecting our employees, you are kindly asked to send us only products that have been properly prepared and sterilised. To rule out any risk to personnel handling the items, goods that have been in use (e.g. repairs, complaints, etc.) may only be returned if accompanied by proof of decontamination.
If such document or comparable certificate is not received, we reserve the right to return the goods to you at your expense.
